Controller and contact
ExperientIA S.A.S., based in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, is responsible for data submitted through this website. Use the contact form, selecting “Privacy and my data rights”, or write to hello@experientia.pro to ask questions or exercise your rights.
Data and purposes
We receive your name, company, email, country, WhatsApp number if provided, interest and request. We record language, source page, authorization and case events to assess, answer and follow up your request. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not submit passwords, financial or sensitive information.
Country, language and site operation
Cloudflare processes the connection and provides an approximate country derived from IP to suggest language and calling code. We do not request GPS location. You can change the WhatsApp calling code and language. We store approximate country and coarse device, operating system and browser categories with your request to provide case context and improve the experience. This classification may be inaccurate; we do not fingerprint devices or store the IP address in the case. A cookie remembers your language choice and the calculator uses a temporary access cookie. Infrastructure providers may process technical connection data to deliver and secure the service.
Page and login arrival measurement
We record visible loads of public pages on experientia.co and integrated canonical subdomains, including arrival at their public login screen. We store the domain, path, time, page type, approximate source category and any UTM codes from that same page. We do not record credentials, login attempts or activity inside the portal. A random reference stays in memory, with no analytics cookies or cross-page tracking. If you submit an inquiry from that same page within 24 hours, we may link it to the recorded load to evaluate its source. Views and this link are retained for 90 days and purged hourly; inquiries remain subject to their existing retention rules. We respect DNT/GPC and exclude authenticated workspace sessions and previews. A temporary network-derived key limits abuse without storing raw IP addresses in analytics records; expired keys are removed during ingestion or hourly cleanup. Do not put personal information in UTM codes. Use the channels in this policy to ask questions or exercise your rights.
Authorization and legal bases
We request express authorization to handle your inquiry and contact you. Where applicable law permits, requested precontractual steps, legal obligations and service security may rely on an independent legal basis. Inquiry authorization is not marketing consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Access, retention and providers
Information is stored in Cloudflare D1 and used by people authorized to handle requests. We retain it as needed for the case, relationship, legal obligations or claims; once those purposes end it should be deleted or anonymized unless legally required retention applies. We do not sell form data or share it for behavioral advertising. This site does not make solely automated decisions with legal effects.
International processing
ExperientIA operates from Colombia and uses Cloudflare infrastructure that may process information in other countries. Where international transfers are subject to applicable rules, the required conditions and safeguards must be established. You may request details of relevant providers, destinations and safeguards. Submitting a request does not waive your rights.
Rights by jurisdiction
In Colombia, you may access, update and correct data, request proof of authorization and information about use, withdraw authorization or seek deletion where appropriate, and contact the SIC. Where the EEA GDPR applies, rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and complaints to the competent authority. US state-law rights and applicability depend on residence and statutory requirements; they may include access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-outs and appeals. In Brazil, where the LGPD applies, its rights and access to the ANPD are preserved. Mandatory rights cannot be waived as a condition of service.
Requests and updates
Describe your request and provide a reply channel. We will seek only proportionate verification needed to protect your data. Your request creates a case and reference; applicable statutory time limits and exceptions govern its handling.
